🕐 How it works:
1. You fill in a questionnaire about your cycle + upload your bloods.
2. I review everything and put together your write-up
3. We chat for 15 minutes to wrap it all up and answer any burning questions
⏳ Turnaround time: within 3 working days of receiving both your form and your bloods.
📅 My working days are Monday–Thursday. If you send things on a weekend or Friday, the clock starts ticking from Monday.

How do I get the most out of my Bleed & Read Review?

To get the most out of your Bleed & Read Review, you’ll need recent bloods - ideally taken in the last 3 months.

🩸 On Day 2 or 3 of your menstrual bleed test:
(Covered in the Medichecks Female Hormone Panel)

FSH / LH / Oestradiol (E2) / Prolactin / Testosterone / Free Androgen Index / SHBG

➕ To complete the picture, please also test:

Progesterone
FULL Thyroid Panel - TSH, Free T4, Free T3 + Antibodies
AMH (Anti-Müllerian Hormone)
Vitamin D

📆 Progesterone timing is key:
This one’s done 7 days after ovulation — or 7 days before your next period if you're regular. If timing it’s tricky, just make sure you note what day it was taken.

⏳ Bloods must be recent — within 3 months.

🏥 Where to get them:
Your GP might be able to run them, but they’re rarely on board with timing. For a smoother, TTC-friendly option, order a home kits via Medichecks.
