Every woman and her fertility health is different, so i have a choice of fertility acupuncture packages for different stages in your journey to motherhood. The focus is always on you and helping you to feel positively empowered – never on problems. Instead, we look at your symptoms in relation to each other to create a unique plan that’s just for you.

You can choose to pay in full, split the cost monthly, or book weekly pay-as-you-poke .

Paying in full secures your sessions, includes a commitment reward and a gorgeous welcome pack to celebrate the fact you’re taking charge - think: treats for your body, goodies for your nervous system and a little bit of sass for your shelf.

Monthly payments keep things consistent without the upfront cost.

Weekly sessions offer the most flexibility but cost a little more and make it harder to keep the momentum going.

Consistency is key when it comes to fertility support. That’s why my packages are designed around weekly treatment, ideally over 12–14 weeks with just enough wiggle room for holidays, illnesses, or when life inevitably gets in the way.

After completing your package, any additional treatments can be paid for weekly.

However you choose to pay, you’ll be fully supported every step of the way.

First Things First

Packages such as Nookes & Crannies, Bump & Grind & Pins & needles must start with a 90-minute consultation. This can be done in person or online via video call. This session ensures your treatment is fully tailored to you.
We’ll chat about where you’re at in your fertility journey so far, your goals, your overall health and also your lifestyle. This includes discussing your menstrual cycle, vaginal health, digestion, immune system, sleep, stress levels, and - if relevant - your male partner.
It might feel like I’m really poking into the personal stuff, but the more you can share the better i can help.
You’ll then receive a comprehensive follow-up report, packed with fertility information and recommendations to support your fertility journey.

Nooks & Crannies

Got babies on your timeline or wonky menstrual health? My Nooks & Crannies package helps you understand your fertility & reproductive health as early as possible, so when you’re ready, your body’s ready! And if you’re navigating menstrual mayhem like irregular cycles, heavy or painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis or mood destroying PMT, this is your chance to dig into the details, feel in control and get a proper plan.

Pins & Needles

Studies show that fertility acupuncture can boost implantation rates and improve your chances of conception.
My Pins & Needles package offers 12 weeks of IVF preparation, including weekly acupuncture sessions to help regulate cycles, support egg quality, and balance hormones.
Once you begin your fertility treatment, I'll continue to support you at a reduced loyalty rate of £60/session, instead of the usual £70 - because you've already done the groundwork. These treatments will be tailored to compliment each milestone - from ovarian stimulation, egg retrieval and pre and post embryo transfer. Acupuncture during these stages has been shown to positively impact embryo transfer, giving your body the best chance of success.
Think of it as your dedicated space to relax, recharge and support your body throughout the ebbs and flows of treatment, maximising your chance of success every step of the way.

Nice & Easy

About to pop?
Fertility acupuncture in the lead-up to labour can help make your birth experience quicker, less painful and more manageable. Starting at 37 weeks, my Nice & Easy sessions include one treatment a week to help prep your body for the big day and if you’re over due, we can step things up with two treatments a week to gently and naturally get things moving.
These sessions are all about keeping you comfortable now and confident when it’s go-time.
Oh, and if baby arrives before you’ve used all your sessions, no worries – any remaining treatments can roll over to my Leaps & Bounds post-pregnancy treatments, redeemable within 12 weeks of birth.

Plug & Play

If you live further afield and can’t visit Prep & Poke in Manchester, or you’re looking for fertility support without the needles, my online Plug & Play consultation is for you. You’ll receive all the advice, emotional support and diagnostic exploration you’d receive in our face-to-face sessions from the comfort of your own home.
This is perfect for those who are just starting out, feeling stuck after months of trying or unsure what your next step should be.

Twist & Turn

Expecting, but baby’s got their own ideas? My Twist & Turn session is designed to gently encourage your little one into the optimal position for a smooth vaginal birth. Ideal at 34 weeks, this session includes an in-person treatment plus a take-home Moxa kit with everything you need to continue supporting baby’s turn at home. I also provide a follow-up call and text support throughout the treatment period.

- One in person acupuncture session (focused on encouraging baby to turn)

Leaps & Bounds

Designed for new-bie mums and once-again mums navigating life with a newborn, this package includes six weekly treatments to keep you nourished and supported during this incredible transition. If you join me within 10 days of giving birth, we’ll start with a gentle mother warming session to ease you in.
Using acupuncture, I can help with common postpartum needs - whether it’s boosting energy, encouraging smooth lactation, easing uterine recovery or lifting the postnatal blues.
And if you’re continuing on from my Nooks & Crannies, Bump & Grind, or Pins & Needles package, you’ll receive a discount equivalent to one free session as a warm welcome back!

Pay-As-You-Poke

If you need a little wiggle room with payments, Pay-As-You-Poke is a weekly option designed to keep you in the loop. If your treatment requires a comprehensive consultation - which includes the usual 90-minute session and a comprehensive, tailored report you can pay for this & weekly acupuncture sessions separately.
This option is perfect for clients who are fully committed to regular treatments but prefer to pay as they go. While consistency is still key to achieving the best results, this approach ensures you can access expert care and guidance without needing to pay in full upfront.

How do I prep for my poke?

Come as you are! Ideally in loose fitting clothing. I really don’t care about hairy legs, chipped nail polish, or if you’re waiting for your wax appointment. All you need is a willingness to work together, an openness to making changes to your (and your male partner’s) diet and lifestyle, and a commitment to the full process. Oh, and clean feet! With those four simple things, fertility acupuncture could be a positively life-changing experience for you.

Your Prep & Poke appointment

What happens in my appointment?

Your treatments last between 40–60 minutes. While you’re here, we’ll review your treatment progress and check your pulse and tongue before I place the needles. If there’s time and you’re comfortable, I will leave you to relax for 10–20 minutes while the needles do their thing. Other treatments including cupping therapy, guasha, moxibustion and ear seeds may also be part of your acupuncture treatment.
