Acupuncture combines fertility strategy with regular hands-on treatment in Prestwich, Manchester, and reopens in January 2027.

Plug & Play

Plug & Play is your 90 minute online fertility strategy session - your TTC roadmap in one clear, focused conversation.
This is where we:
- Analyse your cycle, symptoms and medical history
- Review your hormone and fertility testing or work out what may be worth doing next
- Flag anything that might be holding things back
- Build a clear, practical 3–6 month TTC plan
Think of this as your fertility blueprint - not just a chat.
Who it’s for
Plug & Play is ideal if you:
- Want to understand your fertility properly before TTC or early on
- Have been trying for a while with no clear answers
- Have had ‘normal’ tests but still aren’t pregnant
- Are considering IVF and want to feel fully informed about your fertility
- Want to stop guessing every month and know whats actually worth focusing on
What to Expect
Before: You’ll complete a registration form and a detailed fertility questionnaire so I can come to our session already understanding your situation. If you have a male partner, they’ll also be sent a short fertility questionnaire to complete in advance.
During: We’ll talk through your fertility journey, goals, and overall health - including a deep dive into your menstrual cycle, vaginal health, digestion, immune system, sleep, stress levels, and your partner’s fertility where relevant.
After: You’ll receive a comprehensive written fertility plan with insights, tailored recommendations and clear next steps you can refer back to again and again.
The result: Clarity, confidence and a plan that actually makes sense.
No faff, no guesswork - just Prep (without the poke 😉).

- 90 minute online fertility strategy session

Nooks & Crannies helps you get to know your fertility and reproductive health early - so when you’re ready, your body’s ready too.

Trying to conceive?
If you’re already getting jiggy with it, have been trying for a while, or things just aren’t going to plan, Bump & Grind is for you.
Together, we’ll look at your fertility properly, try our best to find answers, navigate your options and get clear on your hormones, testing and timing. We’ll flag anything that might need more attention and work out what to do next.
This is for the trying-right-now stage - whether you’ve only just started or you’re already fed up with waiting for it to happen.

Pins & Needles

On the IVF waitlist or know treatment is on the horizon?
Pins & Needles gives us around 12 weeks to prepare before IVF begins, supporting cycle regulation, the uterine environment and hormone function to help get your body as well prepared for treatment as possible.
This is the full prep package, so we’ll properly get into your fertility history, testing, symptoms, your male partners fertility where relevant and anything else that might be worth addressing before treatment starts.
Once your treatment begins, I can continue supporting you at a reduced loyalty rate (£60/session). Each session is tailored to your IVF milestones - from ovarian stimulation, egg collection to transfer and the two week wait - helping you feel supported throughout.
Includes:
- Detailed pre-consultation fertility questionnaire
- Pre-consultation male partner fertility questionnaire, where relevant
- 90-minute fertility consultation
- Comprehensive written fertility plan
- 12 weekly acupuncture sessions for IVF prep

Pay-As-You-Poke

Already started fertility treatment, mid-cycle or got a transfer coming up? Don’t panic, you can still come for acupuncture.
This option is for you if there isn’t time for the full Pins & Needles prep package. You’ll complete a short IVF questionnaire beforehand so I understand where you are in treatment, what medication you’re taking and what your clinic has planned.
Your acupuncture sessions will then be tailored to the stage you’re at - whether that’s stimulation, egg collection, transfer or the two week wait.
This is pay-as-you-poke acupuncture support for your current treatment cycle, rather than a full fertility consultation, investigation review or personalised plan.
Includes:
- Short pre-treatment IVF questionnaire
- Individual acupuncture session tailored to your current IVF stage

Nice & Easy

About to pop?

Nice & Easy is designed to help your body prepare for labour and support you through those final weeks of pregnancy.
Starting from 37 weeks, you’ll have one treatment a week focusing on getting your mind and body relaxed and ready for birth.
If you’re overdue, we can increase to two sessions a week to gently encourage things along.
If baby makes an early entrance, any unused sessions can roll over to Leaps & Bounds for postnatel care, redeemable within 12 weeks after birth.
Includes:
- Short pre-treatment pregnancy & health questionnaire
- 6 acupuncture sessions from 37 weeks
- Option to use included sessions more frequently if overdue
- Unused sessions can roll over to Leaps & Bounds within 12 weeks after birth

Twist & Turn

Expecting, but baby’s got their own ideas?
Twist & Turn is a one-off acupuncture and moxa session designed to support baby into optional position for birth.
Ideal from 34 weeks, this includes an in-person treatment plus a take-home moxa kit with clear instructions so you can continue at home.
You’ll also receive a follow-up call and text support during the treatment period - so you feel confident using the moxa at home.
Includes:
- Short pre-treatment pregnancy & breech questionnaire
- One-off acupuncture + moxa treatment
- Take-home moxa kit + instructions
- Follow-up call
- Text support during the treatment period

(Midwife sign-off may be required.)

Leaps & Bounds

Designed for new-bie mums and once-again mums navigating life with a newborn.
Leaps & Bounds includes six postnatal acupuncture treatments to keep you nourished, supported and gently pieced back together during this wild (and wonderful) transition.
If you join me within 10 days of giving birth, we’ll begin with a Mother Warming session - a traditional postnatal moxa treatment used to gently warm and support the body after birth.
Acupuncture can be used to support post-birth recovery, energy, lactation support, uterine recovery and your general physical and emotional recovery after birth.
Includes:
- Short postnatal health questionnaire
- 6 weekly postnatal acupuncture sessions
- Mother Warming session if started within 10 days of birth
Your package is designed to be completed over 6–8 weeks.

Loyalty rate - £350
if you’re continuing on from Nooks & Crannies, Bump & Grind, or Pins & Needles, you’ll receive the equivalent of one free session as a warm welcome back.

How do I prep for my poke?

Come as you are! Ideally in loose fitting clothing. I really don’t care about hairy legs, chipped nail polish, or if you’re waiting for your wax appointment.

Come fed, hydrated and ready to work together. Fertility acupuncture isn’t just about what happens on the treatment couch, so there may be things for you (and your male partner, where relevant) to work on between appointments too.

Oh, and clean feet please. That one I do care about.

Your Prep & Poke acupuncture appointment

What happens in my appointment?

Your appointments last between 40–60 minutes. We’ll get you comfortable on the couch first and catch up about how things are going while I check your pulse and tongue and work out what your treatment needs that day.
Once the needles are in, you’ll usually have 10–20 minutes to switch off while they do their thing.
Depending on what you need, I may also use cupping, gua-sha, moxibustion or ear seeds as part of your treatment.
