Every woman and her fertility health is different, so i have a choice of fertility acupuncture packages for different stages in your journey to motherhood. The focus is always on you and helping you to feel positively empowered – never on problems. Instead, we look at your symptoms in relation to each other to create a unique plan that’s just for you.

You can choose to spread the cost monthly or go week-by-week with Pay-As-You-Poke.

Monthly payments keep things consistent without one big upfront cost and if you complete 12 sessions within 14 weeks, you’ll receive a commitment reward taken off your final month’s payment (because showing up deserves credit, right?).

Pay-As-You-Poke gives you flexibility while you find your rhythm. For some packages, you’ll pay £200 for your initial consultation, then £70 per session after that - ideal if you want structure without feeling locked in.

Consistency is key when it comes to fertility support. That’s why my longer packages are designed around weekly treatment over 12–14 weeks, with just enough wiggle room for holidays, illnesses, or when life inevitably gets in the way.

After completing your package, any top-up or follow-up sessions can be booked and paid for weekly.

However you choose to pay, you’ll be fully supported every step of the way.

First Things First

Packages such as Nooks & Crannies, Bump & Grind, and Pins & Needles start with a 90-minute consultation - either in person or online via video call.
This session ensures your treatment is fully tailored to you.
Before your consultation, you’ll receive a registration form and a questionnaire to complete. It covers both biomedical details and a few Chinese medicine-style questions, so I can get a full picture of your health before we meet.
During the consultation, we’ll chat about where you’re at in your fertility journey, your goals, your overall health, and your lifestyle.
This includes discussing your menstrual cycle, vaginal health, digestion, immune system, sleep, stress levels, and - if relevant - your male partner.
It might feel like I’m really poking into the personal stuff, but the more you can share, the better I can help.
Afterwards, you’ll get a comprehensive follow-up report, packed with fertility insights and tailored recommendations you can refer to again, and again… and again. (Because good prep never goes out of date.)
If you’re on a monthly package, your consultation is included in your first month’s payment.
If you’re Pay-As-You-Poke, your consultation is paid separately (£200), before your first acupuncture session.

Nooks & Crannies

Got babies on your timeline or a cycle that’s a bit chaotic?
Nooks & Crannies helps you get to know your fertility and reproductive health early — so when you’re ready, your body’s ready too.
And, if you’re dealing with irregular cycles, heavy or painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis or the kind of PMT that wrecks moods and weekends, this is your space to dig into the details, feel in control and finally get a proper plan.
INCLUDES: Your consultation, comprehensive written report, and 12 weekly fertility acupuncture sessions.
Complete all 12 within 14 weeks and you’ll receive a £50 commitment reward, automatically taken off your final month’s payment.

If you’re already getting jiggy with it, have been trying for a while, or things just aren’t going to plan, Bump & Grind is for you.
Together, we’ll explore your fertility, find answers, navigate your options, and get clear on your hormones, testing, and timing - all while easing any stress or anxiety around pregnancy or miscarriage.
INCLUDES: your consultation, comprehensive written report, and 12 weekly fertility acupuncture sessions.

Pins & Needles offers 12 weeks of IVF preparation to help regulate cycles, support egg quality and optimise hormone function.
Once your IVF begins, I can keep supporting you at a reduced loyalty rate (£60 instead of £70), because you’ve already done the groundwork. Each treatment is tailored to your IVF milestones - from ovarian stimulation, egg collection, pre- and post-transfer and the two week waits - helping your body feel calm, regulated and ready to respond.
It’s your dedicated space to recharge and give your IVF journey the best possible head start.

About to pop?
Nice & Easy is designed to help your body prepare for labour — making your birth experience smoother, quicker, and more manageable.
Starting from 37 weeks, you’ll have one treatment a week focusing on getting your mind and body prepped, relaxed and ready for the big day. If you’re overdue, we can step things up with two sessions a week to gently and naturally get things moving.
These sessions are all about keeping you comfortable now and confident when it’s go-time.
Oh, and if baby makes an early entrance, any unused sessions can roll over to Leaps & Bounds (my post-birth package) - redeemable within 12 weeks after birth.
1. 💳 Upfront Investment – £400
Includes 6x acupuncture sessions - one a week from 37 weeks, with the option to increase to twice weekly from 40 weeks if baby’s keeping you waiting.
Any unused sessions can roll over to Leaps & Bounds postnatal care (valid for 12 weeks after birth).

Twist & Turn

Expecting, but baby’s got their own ideas?
Twist & Turn is a one-off acupuncture and moxa session designed to gently encourage your little one into the optimal position for a smooth vaginal birth.
Ideal from 34 weeks, this session includes an in-person treatment using acupunctureand moxa, plus a take-home moxa kit with clear instructions so you can continue supporting baby’s turn at home.
You’ll also get a follow-up call and text support during the treatment period - so you always feel confident and guided.
Midwife sign-off may be needed before treatment.
💳 Upfront Investment – £100
Includes:
- One in-person acupuncture + moxa session focused on encouraging baby to turn.
- Take-home moxa kit inc. 2 moxa sticks with full instructions.
- Text support during working hours (if needed).
- Follow-up phone call to check in.

Leaps & Bounds

Designed for new-bie mums and once-again mums navigating life with a newborn.
Leaps & Bounds includes six weekly treatments to keep you nourished, supported and gently pieced back together during this wild (and wonderful) transition.
If you join me within 10 days of giving birth, we’ll start with a gentle Mother Warming session - a traditional treatment to help restore energy and ease you in.
Acupuncture can help with all the usual post-birth challenges - from boosting energy and encouraging smooth lactation to supporting uterine recovery and lifting postnatal blues.
And if you’re continuing on from Nooks & Crannies, Bump & Grind, or Pins & Needles, you’ll receive a loyalty rate equivalent to one free session as a warm welcome back.

Need a little wiggle room with payments?
Pay-As-You-Poke lets you pay week by week while keeping your treatment plan on track.
If your fertility support requires a full consultation (for Nooks & Crannies, Bump & Grind, or Pins & Needles), this includes a 90-minute session and comprehensive, tailored report - paid separately (£200) before your weekly treatments begin.
This option is perfect if you’re fully committed to regular sessions but prefer to spread the cost. Consistency is still key to getting the best results, but this approach gives you flexibility and access to expert care without paying everything upfront.

How do I prep for my poke?

Come as you are! Ideally in loose fitting clothing. I really don’t care about hairy legs, chipped nail polish, or if you’re waiting for your wax appointment. All you need is a willingness to work together, an openness to making changes to your (and your male partner’s) diet and lifestyle, and a commitment to the full process. Oh, and clean feet! With those four simple things, fertility acupuncture could be a positively life-changing experience for you.

Your Prep & Poke appointment

What happens in my appointment?

Your treatments last between 40–60 minutes. While you’re here, we’ll review your treatment progress and check your pulse and tongue before I place the needles. If there’s time and you’re comfortable, I will leave you to relax for 10–20 minutes while the needles do their thing. Other treatments including cupping therapy, guasha, moxibustion and ear seeds may also be part of your acupuncture treatment.
