Every woman and her fertility health is different, so I offer both fertility strategy (online) and fertility acupuncture packages for different stages in your journey to motherhood. The focus is always on you and helping you to feel positively empowered – never on problems. Instead, we look at your symptoms in relation to each other to create a unique plan just for you.

For Acupuncture, you can choose to make one upfront payment or go week-by-week with Pay-As-You-Poke.

Upfront payments keep things consistent and includes a commitment reward (because showing up deserves credit, right?).

Pay-As-You-Poke gives you flexibility while you find your rhythm. For some packages, you’ll pay £200 for your initial consultation, then £70 per session after that - ideal if you want structure without feeling locked in.

Consistency is key when it comes to fertility support. That’s why my longer packages are designed around weekly treatment over 12–14 weeks, with just enough wiggle room for holidays, illnesses, or when life inevitably gets in the way.

After completing your package, any top-up or follow-up sessions can be booked and paid for weekly.

However you choose to pay, you’ll be fully supported every step of the way.

Plug & Play

Plug & Play is your 90 minute online fertility strategy session - your TTC roadmap in one clear, focused conversation.
This is where we:
- Analyse your cycle, symptoms and medical history
- Review (or plan) your hormone and fertility testing
- Flag anything that might be holding things back
- Build a clear, practical 3–6 month TTC plan
Think of this as your fertility blueprint - not just a chat.
Who it’s for
Plug & Play is ideal if you:
- Have been trying for a while with no clear answers
- Have had ‘normal’ tests but still aren’t pregnant
- Considering IVF and want to feel fully informed about your fertility
- Want to feel in control of your fertility instead of guessing every month
What to Expect
Before: You’ll complete a registration form and a detailed fertility form so I can come to our session already understanding your situation. If you have a male partner, they’ll also be sent a short fertility questionnaire to complete in advance.
During: We’ll talk through your fertility journey, goals, and overall health - including a deep dive into your menstrual cycle, vaginal health, digestion, immune system, sleep, stress levels, and your partner’s fertility where relevant.
After: You’ll receive a comprehensive written report packed with fertility insights and tailored recommendations you can refer to again and again.
The result: Clarity. Confidence. And a plan that actually makes sense.

If you begin Nooks & Crannies, Bump & Grind, or Pins & Needles acupuncture package within 4 weeks, your £200 investment will be credited toward your package.

Lay Of The Land

If you choosing Nooks & Crannies, Bump & Grind or Pins & Needles, we start with a 90-minute consultation - either in person or online.

This is the same in-depth fertility strategy & optimisation plan as Plug & Play, but delivered within your acupuncture pathway so your treatment plan, point selection and timing can be tailored precisely to you.

What to expect

If you pay upfront for your package, your consultation is included (see individual packages for investment details)
If you’re paying weekly via Pay-As-You-Poke, your consultation is paid separately (£200), before your first acupuncture session.

Nooks & Crannies

Got babies on your timeline or a cycle that’s a bit chaotic?

Nooks & Crannies helps you get to know your fertility and reproductive health early - so when you’re ready, your body’s ready too.
And, if you’re dealing with irregular cycles, heavy or painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis or PMT that wrecks moods and weekends, this is your space to dig into the details, feel in control and finally get a proper plan.

Pins & Needles

On the IVF waitlist or starting soon?
Pins & Needles offers 12 weeks of IVF preparation to help regulate cycles, support your uterine environment and optimise hormone function.
Once your IVF begins, I can continue supporting you at a reduced loyalty rate (£60/session). Each treatment is tailored to your IVF milestones - from ovarian stimulation, egg collection to transfer and the two week wait - helping your body feel calm, regulated and ready to respond.
It’s your dedicated space to recharge and give your IVF journey the best possible head start.
Includes:
- Your in-depth fertility consultation
- Comprehensive written fertility report
- 12 weekly acupuncture sessions for IVF prep
Complete all 12 within 14 weeks and you’ll receive a £50 commitment reward, automatically taken off your final month’s payment.

Nice & Easy

About to pop?

Nice & Easy is designed to help your body prepare for labour - making your birth experience smoother, calmer and more manageable.
Starting from 37 weeks, you’ll have one treatment a week focusing on getting your mind and body relaxed and ready. If you’re overdue, we can step things up with two sessions a week to gently encourage things along.
If baby makes an early entrance, any unused sessions can roll over to Leaps & Bounds (your postnatal care), redeemable within 12 weeks after birth.
Includes:
- 6 weekly acupuncture sessions from 37 weeks
- Optional extra sessions if overdue
- Roll-over of unused sessions to Leaps & Bounds (within 12 weeks post-birth)

Together, we’ll explore your fertility, find answers, navigate your options, and get clear on your hormones, testing, and timing - all while easing any stress or anxiety around pregnancy or miscarriage.

Twist & Turn

Expecting, but baby’s got their own ideas?
Twist & Turn is a one-off acupuncture and moxa session designed to gently encourage your little one into the optimal position for birth.
Ideal from 34 weeks, this includes an in-person treatment plus a take-home moxa kit with clear instructions so you can continue supporting baby’s turn at home.
You’ll also receive a follow-up call and text support during the treatment period - so you always feel confident and guided.

Leaps & Bounds

Designed for new-bie mums and once-again mums navigating life with a newborn.
Leaps & Bounds includes six weekly treatments to keep you nourished, supported and gently pieced back together during this wild (and wonderful) transition.
If you join me within 10 days of giving birth, we’ll begin with a traditional Mother Warming session to help restore energy and ease you in.
Acupuncture can help with post-birth recovery, energy levels, lactation support, uterine recovery and postnatal mood.
Includes:
- 6 weekly postnatal acupuncture sessions
- Optional Mother Warming session if started within 10 days post-birth
£400 upfront
Loyalty rate: if you’re continuing on from Nooks & Crannies, Bump & Grind, or Pins & Needles, you’ll receive a loyalty rate equivalent to one free session as a warm welcome back. £350 (same 6 sessions)

Payment Options

Total package investment: £990 (Includes £50 commitment reward)
Full upfront payments keep things simple, steady and stress-free while you commit to your fertility plan.
You’ll make one upfront payment, your appointments are guaranteed and your sessions stay consistent, which is exactly what your body (and your brain) needs.
Best for you if you want:
- One payment out of the way
- Regular weekly sessions
- A clear structure for your TTC or IVF prep
Pay-As-You-Poke gives you flexibility while still staying on track with your treatment plan.
If your chosen package requires a full consultation (Nooks & Crannies, Bump & Grind, or Pins & Needles), you’ll pay £200 upfront for this 90-minute session and personalised fertility report. After that, you simply pay £70 per session as you go.
This option is ideal if you:
- Want expert support without one big upfront cost
- Prefer to pay week-by-week
- Need a bit more wiggle room with your finances
Consistency is still key - but this option lets you move at your own pace while keeping your plan in motion.

How do I prep for my poke?

Come as you are! Ideally in loose fitting clothing. I really don’t care about hairy legs, chipped nail polish, or if you’re waiting for your wax appointment. All you need is a willingness to work together, an openness to making changes to your (and your male partner’s) diet and lifestyle, and a commitment to the full process. Oh, and clean feet! With those four simple things, fertility acupuncture could be a positively life-changing experience for you.

Your Prep & Poke appointment

What happens in my appointment?

Your treatments last between 40–60 minutes. While you’re here, we’ll review your treatment progress and check your pulse and tongue before I place the needles. If there’s time and you’re comfortable, I will leave you to relax for 10–20 minutes while the needles do their thing. Other treatments including cupping therapy, guasha, moxibustion and ear seeds may also be part of your acupuncture treatment.
